Pressure-Cooker Homemade Chunky Applesauce

Dead simple. Turned out great, but doesn't need much sugar in my opinion. I knew I could add it later if necessary. So, I used 6 large apples (5 Jazz, and 1 tart granny smith), only 1 teaspoon of Manuka honey and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar as the sweetener, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and just a sprinkle of cinnamon (not much at all). My house smelled like Apple Pie within 1-2 minutes. I like chunky, so after removing the lid, I only had to drag my wooden spoon through the mixture a few times to have some soft sauce, some chunky sauce. It's excellent. No need for me to add any more sugar/honey than I did.
