Quick Ambrosia Fruit Salad
I start this with plenty of fruit, add the yogurt for dressing, then mix in just enough marshmallows and coconut so it tastes like the fresh and creamy version I grew up with. It’s a well-loved recipe in my home now. —Trisha Kruse, Eagle, Idaho

This is a family favorite. It's easy to make and easy to substitute ingredients to adjust to your family's tastes.
I substitute cool whip for the yogurt. This has been a classic for over a century for a reason. I adjust the recipe to the tastes of my guests. And, if you don't like something, you can eat around it
Tasty and so easy to put together. The yogurt gives a creamy sweetness. Will serve this often in our home!
love this! so easy and pretty for our Easter dinner. Thanks!

A healthy version of Ambrosia. Very good, and simple to make. I exchanged the banana for a handful of macadamia nuts. More fattening, I know - but I like the crunch.
I prepared this for dinner tonight and it was very good. Nothing fancy, just a refreshing fruit salad. It took minutes to prepare and popped it in the fridge for about an hour. It was delicious and perfect for a last minute salad. We will have this again. I highly recommend this recipe as a Volunteer Field Editor.
This was good, but I have liked other fruits salads better. Although for a quick and easy salad, I'll make it again!
I like the fact that this uses yogurt, Both my husband and I enjoyed the recipe
