Quick & Easy Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Directions

  • In a small heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 2 minutes.
  • Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator. Warm gently before serving.

    Three ingredients, one pan, and in no time at all you have a lovely, delicious sauce that's great for pouring over ice cream, drizzling on frozen bananas. It would be great with angel food cake and strawberries. It's also great by the spoonful, straight from the fridge ;)

    Delicious! Literally, so quick and easy to make! I served this ganache-like sauce over vanilla ice cream - yum!!
