Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups Master Cookie Mix

Directions

In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly with a glass dipped in sugar if desired. Bake at 350° until set and edges are lightly browned, 10-12 minutes. Cool for 1-2 minutes before removing to wire racks.
