Very easy and tasty!It used things I always have on hand. Very hardy and inexpensive.
My kids seemed to like the potatoes, but I didn't care for them. They did not have much flavor and seemed pretty dry. I like the idea of adding some Parmesan and other seasoning.
Very Simple. I liked them. My son loved them. My daughter didn't like them. My husband didn't say, LOL. I put the potatoes in the pan and tossed them with a little olive oil before adding the chicken stock. Didn't have any sticking problems. Next time I will add more garlic, perhaps basil, or maybe go a different route and add Parmesan the last 15 minutes of baking or so. Good base recipe. Then just play around with what you like :)
This recipe was ok...it was quick and easy to prepare, but the potatoes really stuck to the dish even though I greased it very well and they didn't get brown or crispy like I expected them too.
