Delicious! I doubled up on the rosemary and reduced the cold water to 4 cups to make the flavors a bit stronger. I thought the balance between sweet and tart was perfect this way. I’d definitely make this again, it was an easy way to spruce up a summer staple! I’d also highly recommend trying this with any other herbs that pair well with lemon (e.g. thyme, lavender, sage) for a drink that’s interesting, but not intrusive.
Very refreshing! I cut back on the sugar as we like the tartness of the lemon. It's great sipping out the porch on a hot summer day!
My family likes rosemary so this drink is a hit with us. It is refreshing. I used bottled lemon juice and it turned out great.
