k so I made this, very sticky why ? is it maybe because I only put 1-1/2 cups of crumbs when it's suppose to be 2-1/2 cups, but anyways I had to put lots of icing sugar and when I rolled them they started to go flat like a pancake I am for sure making them again just need some tips from other people, I also did a little change, I put rum and a a little bit of vodka,,, no harm hehehe
Let me first and foremost say I did not follow this recipe precisely in that I did not use water (never have never will, why waste room for rum??) and I used dark rum rather than light rum (again, always have, never will use light rum...Kraken all the way!). That being said, the recipe is easy with minimal cleanup! I used my Ninja to grind up the wafers and the pecans. It all mixed nice and easy. Now to wait a week and a half before eating them!

I love the simplicity of this recipe and using honey rather than corn syrup. Great recipe to master and then add your own variations.
