Following the February Menu posted on this site, I did not have fresh mushrooms for today's Lemon Chicken so jumped ahead to this to use zucchini and green beans on hand. I make 1/4 recipes since there are only two to feed. Delightful! Packed with flavor and went together in just a few minutes. This is likely to become a favorite. I used 2 Johnsonville Hot Italian links.
Made this last night and everyone liked it! Absolutely plan to make this again!
I cut out the red pepper flakes to take the heat out of it and I loved it!!! I meal prep, so this made several dishes for me to take for lunch or dinner. Definitely glad I stumbled upon this receipt.
very tasty.....husband prepared this tonight...I had him use less sausage and upped the veggies a bit, but he only made half a recipe really...very good..thanks
I just used this as a general guideline and changed it to what I had in the garden. It was really good!
I love that its a fast recipe, looks pretty with all the colors of vegetables and taste good.

Very tasty! I used hot Italian sausage instead, and cut out the red pepper flakes. This is an excellent dish for utilizing stuff grown in your garden!
