This flavorful sauce tastes fantastic served with pork or poultry dishes. Plus, it's very quick and easy to stir together.—Nancy Mendoza, Yakima, Washington

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon cold water

This is a zippy and mildly warm sauce. It has a sweet and spicy flavor all at the same time. When I'm looking for something to make with my plumbs next year I am likely to go back to the recipe.
