The holidays can be so hectic. I needed a go-to recipe that was a favorite but didn't keep me in the kitchen for a long period of time. This is a crowd pleaser that fills us with the indulgence of the holidays. —Kae Treadway, Taylorsville, North Carolina


  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 ounces frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed and coarsely chopped
  • 6 ounces imitation crabmeat, finely chopped
  • 1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
  • Baked pita chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 6 ingredients; fold in shrimp, crab and pimientos. Bake until bubbly, 30-35 minutes. Serve with pita chips.
