Shrimp Pasta Primavera

This was delicious, although I used dried seasonings and butter instead of olive oil. I
I made a few modifications to give this dish the extra oomph.. I used 2 Roma tomatoes (added in last so they would not be mushy), I used 4 cloves of garlic and 1 shallot. I added in ½ cup of white cooking wine with the chicken broth and the sauce was delicious! I did not use fresh oregano- only fresh basil and parsley and it was delicious! I personally left out the red pepper flakes.
This was delicious, everyone enjoyed it.
Excellent dish! I also prepped beforehand. That takes me a little longer than 15 minutes. Once that's done, the rest is a breeze. Didn't make any changes. Finding something new my dad likes is a challenge. He loved it - said it was like dining in an upscale restaurant.
Hi! I made this tonight for me and my grown children and it was a hit! I prepped everything first down to the herbs and in it went like a stir-fry. Very quick. Served with garlic bread and a nice tossed salad. Cheers! Delicious!
Delicious fresh recipe. Did not need chicken broth as was moist without it. Quick and tasty new recipe to add to favorites. Thanks
Quick and easy and delicious
Very good pasta. I used linguine rather than angel hair but otherwise followed the recipe. Nice blend of seasonings. Will make again.
Enjoyed this dish but it lacked some UMPH! We used fresh basil and thyme and dried oregano and parsley. I think the balance of veggies is about right. I think I'd use more garlic and a 1/2 & 1/2 butter and EVOO. increase the salt slightly and try it again. Overall a good meal
This meal was outstanding. I only used half of the herbs, and it was perfectly flavored for us. Just the right amount of kick with the red pepper. I will definitely be serving this again!
