Spanish Noodles & Ground Beef
Bacon adds crunch to this comforting stovetop supper my mom used to make when I was a kid. Now I prepare it for my own family. —Kelli Jones, Perris, California

This is good for a quick meal. Used chili powder added to tomato sauce for the chili sauce.
Very good and very easy. I used elbow Mac instead of noodles...it is what I had on hand. I added 1/2t of oregano.
This is so good! Have made it many times. I add 1 tsp. each of cumin and garlic. I use salsa instead of chili sauce.
I don't get many new recipes that are so tasty. This is one of them
Quick and tasty. Liked the bacon.
This sounds like something my Grandmother used to make...I thought she called it One Dish Dinner...except hers included Fritos, ground beef, noodles, tomatoes and Fritos were cooked with the casserole and also sprinkled on top.
My girls who are 10 and 12 now have loved this meal since they were itty bitties! They love that it has bacon in it and I love it because it's sooooo easy and yummy! I compare it to a homemade and 100 times healthier version of hamburger helper
Nice flavor; quick dinner for a busy evening. Will definitely make again and again. Did not use any bacon but otherwise followed recipe exactly..
Nothing special, and not sure what makes it "Spanish." Seemed just like goulash that I grew up with. Thought bacon seemed out of place in the recipe, but went ahead and put it in. Still seemed out of place.
This was very easy to make. My husband and especially my son really liked it. I will definitely make again.
