When I have a little extra time to play with, I caramelize the onion in this recipe to add a different flavor. —Kadija Bridgewater, Deerfield Beach, Florida

My husband is a big fan of bleu cheese, I am not, but I made this pizza to treat him to some of his favorite things and I am so glad I did! I doubled the recipe, used less salt, and added spinach (another fav of my husband) to the sauce as it was thickening. What came out was a delicious, creamy, savory pizza.
