Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sliced zucchini
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, saute the zucchini and garlic in oil until zucchini is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with seasonings. Serve immediately.
