Strawberry Melon Fizz
Experimenting in the kitchen is fun for me. That's how I came up with this recipe—I adapted it from recipes I got from friends for a melon ball basket and for a sparkling beverage. —Teresa Messick, Montgomery, Alabama

I used the sparkling white wine and it was very tasty. Execellent in 90 degree weather. Next time I will use a shorter glass - so I can get to the fruit w/toothpick

I like all the ingredients. It would make a lovely appetizer for a ladies luncheon. I would prefer to serve it in stemmed sherbert dish as you would need spoon to eat the fruit. Tall glass would make it ackward
I have not made this as of yet, however my family does not like cantalope and honeydew. I am wondering if I could use Kiwi, grapes and other fruits?
