Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 ounces) romaine salad mix (about 8 cups)
  • 1 pound sliced cooked chicken
  • 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup poppy seed salad dressing

Directions

  1. Arrange romaine on four serving plates. Top with the chicken, strawberries, pineapple, mandarin oranges and blueberries. Sprinkle with pecans. Drizzle with dressing.
