Tangy Carrot Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
