Tangy Poppy Seed Dressing
"My sister-in-law was kind enough to share her recipe for this deliciously tangy salad dressing," Michele Prendergast recalls from Kingston, New York. "A super homemade mixture, it stirs up in a jiffy."
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Mixed salad greens

I saved this recipe from two years ago and it got so splattered I couldn't read it anymore. Fortunately, I was able to find it again! It is delicious and keeps really well and is perfect for a spinach salad or fruit salad. (So I have subscribed to the site to keep the recipe handy)
