Tangy Poppy Seed Salad Dressing
My ladies group at church printed a cookbook several years ago, and this recipe was in the book, with no name attached. I serve it over mixed greens, drizzle it over sliced tomatoes and cucumbers and even use it as a dressing for coleslaw.

This salad dressing is absolutely amazing! I substituted the sugar with honey, added 1/2 tsp of crushed garlic, and added 2 tsp of Cape Mustard. It is chochfull of flavour, well balanced, and an all-round versatile dressing.
This is my go to dressing for Strawberry spinach salad. Make it a few hours ahead for the best flavor.
