Not only is it easy to use my slow cooker, the results are fabulous. Meat cooked this way always comes out so tender and juicy. These pork chops are simmered in a thick tomato sauce. —Bonnie Marlow, Ottoville, Ohio

  • 6 boneless pork loin chops (6 ounces each)
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
