Tofu Chow Mein
This is an easy recipe for a "tofu beginner," as it teaches people how to use it. If you have time, one way to prepare it is to cut the tofu block in half and wrap well in a terry kitchen towel. Prep time is over an hour, not 15 minutes as stated. The noodles have to soak in oil for an hour, and the tofu has to be wrapped in a towel in the fridge for a length of time also.
This is good. I recommend cutting the peppers in shorter strips and leaving the mushrooms a little thick. Overall, a very good dish!
