Ingredients

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower kernels
  • 1/2 cup salted pumpkin seeds or pepitas
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped cashews
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries or blueberries

Directions

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
