Love this Soup recipe! I make it with the leftover smoked turkey. My family looks forward to it every year. Fabulous flavor!!
This was AWESOME! Parboiled potatoes and carrots first, and added sautéed mushrooms. Used homemade turkey stock from Thanksgiving instead of chicken broth. Made double batch for 8 people. Not much left. This is a definite keeper for the holidays. Thanks so much.
