  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 2 quarts apple cider or juice
  • Ground nutmeg


  1. In each of eight chilled glasses, place 1/2 cup of ice cream. Add 1 cup of cider to each; sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.
