We loved it! I think since it only has 4 ingredients then you really need to use quality feta and not the cheap stuff. I also made my own roasted red pepper (450 for 25 to 30 minutes) instead of bottled and 3 of us gobbled it up!
Pretty mediocre. It never bubbled, just browned on top. This is not a creamy dip, in fact, it's more like a spread and is rather crumbly in texture. The flavor is okay, but how can you go wrong with feta and cream cheese? I'd try it again but maybe add mayo and artichokes. Overall, I was pretty disappointed.

I added this to a holiday appetizer night I hosted a few weeks ago, and everyone loved it. The feta cheese gives it a delicious salty kick and the cream cheese makes it so rich. It was super easy and I often have all of these ingredients on hand. I will definitely make this again!
This recipe is so simple and easy but oh so good. I love the saltiness that the feta adds.
This warm dip is simply divine and so simple and quick to make. It's simplicity and creamy texture is wonderful. It was a huge hit with my family and will become a favorite app to serve to company. I followed the recipe exactly and baked for 20 minutes till it was bubbly.
