Zesty Lemon Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted

Directions

  • Place broccoli in a steamer basket; place in a large saucepan over 1 in. of water. Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  • Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the butter, lemon zest, juice, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper. Add broccoli and pine nuts; toss to coat.
